Episode 11 of Read The News

Read The News has been on hiatus for over a year now but it's back! There have been so many people wondering what happened with "Read the News" and if it would ever come back. The Schreiber Media Centre is thrilled to announce that “Read The News” is officially back with David Costa taking the spotlight to read you the articles from the Terrace Bay Schreiber Newspaper! Our first episode back is a great one!

This week's Read The News has plenty of stories revolving around the Ontario government and their hopes for improving the lives of everyone across Ontario. “Ontario Streamlining Complex Approval Processes” is one of the first articles and talks about Ontario growing at record speeds!

Plenty of articles talking about our seniors as well, such as the “Terrace Bay Superior Seniors” welcoming all seniors over 50 years of age to come and join the Terrace Bay Superior Seniors! There are many amenities to enjoy such as coffee/tea, card games, billiards, darts, and arts and crafts!

There’s also a great article talking about laying out your garden box for the spring to help kick-start your plant growing! They talk about every little detail such as how much sunlight you need, water access, planning your plant placement, choosing the right plants, leaving room for accessibility as well as being patient and flexible.

As well as another great local article talking about the Schreiber Royal Canadian Legion Branch 109 – celebrating 90 years of service! So be sure to check out this week's “read the news” to catch up on all the amazing articles from the comfort of your own home!
