Immigration Laws and Immigrants' Legal Challenges
Immigration to Canada has lengthy legal procedures, and these procedures differ whether you are in Canadian or if you are in your home country.
The twelfth episode of "Civic Platform" features Dr. Muhammad Abrar, Winnipeg Barrister. Abrar speaks about many legal issues related to immigration and the legal challenges of immigrants.
In this episode, Dr. Abrar discussed many of the questions that revolve around the minds of many immigrants, the types of immigration, identification papers, and legal documents needed to make immigration requests strong. So, the transaction is not rejected.
Dr. Abrar also talked about Canadian immigration laws and their strength, flexibility, and ease of dealing with them. Canadian immigration laws always stand by the immigrants and help them reach Canada safely.
One of the questions answered by this episode of "Civic Platform" is how to solve legal challenges? Whether you address them with a private lawyer or with the free lawyer provided by the Canadian government to people with limited income. So that they present on their behalf in Canadian courts, follow up on court decisions to appeal in cases of denials or by completing any legal requirements as evidence and proof to make the case successful. Over the years, Dr. Abrar has provided many services and consultations to clients suffering from complicated procedures and helped them reunite with their families after many years of longing and loss of family stability.
Zuher Almusre spoke with a client who shared his touching story and how he finally managed to settle in Canada and meet with his family in Winnipeg.
