برامج الهجرة ليست بالشيء الجديد والكثير من دول العالم لديها خطط واستراتيجيات لاستقطاب عدد من المهاجرين سنوياً

ومع تنوع الخيارات تبقى كندا الدولة الاولى المحببة للمهاجرين للقدوم إليها لعدة أسباب من أهمها الأمان الاجتماعي والسياسي والمناخ الديمقراطي الذي يكفل الحريات لجميع الموطنين والمقيمين على أراضيها 

مدينة وينيبغ واحدة من المدن الكندية والتي تقع في مقاطعة منيتوبا أصبحت اليوم واحدة من الخيارات المفضلة للعائلات للهجرة اليها لما تتمتع به من هدوء واستقرار اقتصادي وتقدم تعليمي

في هذه الحلقة من المنصة المدنية استضفنا الدكتور فيصل زلّامة الحاصل على شهادة الدكتوراه في الاقتصاد والتصرف والمحاضر في جامعة سانت بونيفاس في وينيبيغ 

زلّامة تحدث في هذه الحلقة بشكل مفصل عن أسباب الهجرة وعن سبب رغبة المهاجرين للقدوم الى وينيبغ وماهي التحديات التي تواجههم لضمان الاستقرار والاندماج السريع في المدينة ووضح بعض النقاط المهمة التي تتعلق بالاحتيال من بعض الكفلاء واستغلال المهاجرين

Immigration programs are nothing new, and many countries have plans and strategies to attract immigrants annually. With a diversity of options, Canada remains the first country for immigrants to come to for several reasons, the most important of which are social and political security and a democratic climate that guarantees freedoms for all citizens and residents on its lands. 

Winnipeg, one of the Canadian cities in the province of Manitoba, has become one of the preferred options for families to immigrate to due to its calmness, economic stability, and educational progress. 

This episode of "Civic Platform" features Dr. Faisal Zallama, Director of the School of Business Administration Faculty of Education and Professional Studies at Saint-Boniface University, Winnipeg. 

 Zallama talked in detail about the causes of migration, why immigrants want to come to Winnipeg, and the challenges they face to ensure stability and rapid integration into the city. He also clarified some important points related to fraud from some sponsors and the exploitation of immigrants.
