He also touched on financing options, noting that while East Coast Credit Union is facilitating the financing process, prospective homeowners can also explore other financial institutions for their needs.

With homes starting at approximately $130,000, Anderson pointed out that these prices are notably lower than the current market value for new homes. He emphasized that Dockside Construction offers a range of price options, depending on the size and specifications of the home, catering to various budget levels.

This episode of *The Record* also covers the recent recognition of Isle Madame as one of four communities to receive the 2024 Lieutenant-Governor’s Community Spirit Award.
