Stéphanie Lapointe, propriétaire du comptoir gourmand Au bec pointu, a décidé d'agrandir son commerce et elle nous montre les changements qu'elle a apportés.
L'entrepreneure désirait agrandir son entreprise même avant la pandémie. Cependant, la Covid-19 et l'hiver qui s'en vient à grands pas ont accéléré son projet. Les clients doivent garder deux mètres de distance à l'intérieur et il serait désagréable de les faire attendre à l'extérieur durant la période froide de l'année. Maintenant, le comptoir gourmand est assez grand pour avoir une file d'attente qui respecte les mesures émises par le gouvernement concernant la Covid-19.
Aussi, Stéphanie Lapointe désirait avoir une plus grande cuisine pour ses employé(e)s. Avec le nouvel arrangement, ceux-ci ont assez d’espace pour garder le 2 mètres de distance exigé et pour respirer puisque le climat de la cuisine devient extrêmement chaud avec les fourneaux tout près d'eux.
Finalement, la propriétaire exprime que son entreprise n'a pas trop souffert financièrement durant la pandémie puisque son commerce cuisine des repas pour emporter et les gens ont continué à être au rendez-vous durant cette période difficile.
