At the 2:10 mark, we hear questions and concerns from Richmond County residents Jessica Webb and Tommy Sampson, with the latter noting that he was sent a text by Diggdon that threatened to publicly embarrass Richmond's Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), Don Marchand, for not standing at attention during the playing of "O Canada" at the beginning of council meetings. 

The discussion shifts to municipal-provincial relations at 22:01, with Richmond Warden Amanda Mombourquette and other members of council expressing concern over the new provincial budget's measures that could impact non-resident property owners in Richmond County and other parts of Nova Scotia. According to the warden, the move would also see provincial intrusion on duties that are currently carried out by municipal units.

54:12 - Led by District Five Councillor Brent Sampson, whose constituency includes Potlotek First Nation, council agrees to ask municipal staff to see if there is room in the upcoming 2022-23 municipal budget to provide $10,000 towards the organizers of the Mi'kmaw Summer Games, which are slated to take place later this year in Potlotek.
